Role:

·Oversee day-to-day operations of the loyalty program 

· Provide member support in loyalty operations, including resolution of queries including retro claims, flight credits, and redemptions.


Eligibility:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in airline customer support
  • Experience in loyalty marketing or operations would be preferred
  • Bachelor's degree
