Recruitment for Bulk Hiring for Operations.
The individual in this role will be responsible for End to End Recruitment for Mid-level to Sr Level positions. Experience of head hunting, CVs searching, calling, evaluating, basic screening and interview coordination. Creating recruitment MIS and reporting. You’ll oversee a range of processes—from screening calls to evaluations and in-person interviews— and collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. You’ll also promote employer branding initiatives (job postings on social platforms, hosting or participating in career events etc.) and manage long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Responsible for handling other similar and HR related activities as assigned.
Eligibility - Post Graduate degree/diploma in Management with 3 to 8 year's experience in Talent Acquisition. Should have good hands-on experience of complete recruitment cycle from using job boards/ social media portals for identifying resources to salary negotiation and getting resources on board.
